Welcome to Agentix AI. By visiting our website or engaging our agency for custom AI agent deployments, you agree to comply with the terms below.
1. Service Scope
Agentix AI designs, builds, and maintains autonomous artificial intelligence systems for customer messaging, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling across WhatsApp, Instagram, web chat, and voice telephony.
2. 30-Day Pay-Nothing Guarantee
All qualifying new customer agent deployments are protected by our 30-Day Results Guarantee:
- If the deployed AI agents fail to schedule at least 10 qualified sales appointments or handle 100 customer chats accurately during the initial 30 calendar days following launch, the client may request a full refund of their setup fee.
- Refund requests are processed within 3 business days via the original payment method.
- Clients retain all custom workflow automations built during the onboarding period with zero clawbacks.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate documentation, product descriptions, pricing rules, and access to necessary messaging channels (e.g. WhatsApp Business API, Meta Developer portal, CRM webhooks) required for deployment.
